COVID 19 Update

We are working with Queensland Health Authorities to continuously review our Covid19 Safe Plan. This includes physical distancing, covid19 data collection at the gate (unless you have bought online tickets), hand sanitising and heightened cleaning practices within the venue.

You may not enter an event if you have been overseas or to a Covid19 hotspot 14 days prior to The Australian Speed Show & Exhibition, or if you are experiencing any one of the symptoms of Covid-19 listed here. If you become unwell while at the event, there will be a medical assistance area opposite the Ticket Office area.

Tickets

We recommend buying tickets online as this reduces crowding at the gate. Those who have purchased tickets can simply SCAN AND GO as your contact information has been collected through the ticketing process.

Your tickets will be emailed to your inbox when you register your ticket, and again in the lead up to the event.

Purchase of a ticket indicates your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Rules of Conduct. In particular:

  • NO TICKET, NO ENTRY
  • Inappropriate conduct, vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour or language, alcohol or illegal drugs intoxication, line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, or aggressive behaviour towards any member of the public, exhibitors or staff will result in your immediate removal from the event site and notification of the police.
  • Failure to comply with all reasonable written and verbal instructions and warnings may result in your immediate removal from the event site.
  •  Adults/Carers are responsible at all times for the safety and conduct of persons under their supervision.

View our Terms and Conditions in full.

Refunds

If you are feeling unwell, have contact with a Covid positive patient, or are in any other way at risk, you must not enter the venue. Online ticket holders who cannot attend for these reasons will receive a partial refund, by simply contacting us through our Contact Page, with your name and ticket number.

Withdrawing money on site

We have merchant facilities for credit/debit card purchase at the gate and ATM machines on site for cash withdrawals. Please bear in mind that there may be long queues to withdraw cash at our ATM machines. To avoid long queues, please come prepared.
